Indeed, we are and you can be too!  But first, here’s a bit of background …..

You may be aware that here at Treworgey we have three Richards.  Many of you may have met Office Admin Richard or had a word with him on the phone when making a booking or dealing with a query; then we also have the younger Richard who is mainly found on changeover days supporting our Housekeeping Team by supplying fresh linen, flowers and all sorts of goodies to each cottage ready for your arrival; finally, there’s rarely-seen Richard whose work so many of our guests have made use of and appreciated over numerous years as he helps here with building projects and renovations during the winter months and sails out of Looe during the remainder of each year.

This Richard, who is Linda’s cousin (and husband to Nic in the Office), has a new boat, Energy 3.  He’s run and skippered charter and commercial boats since he left school including big game fishing abroad, down to glass bottom boat sea safaris.  He’s keen on wildlife and local history and will share his expertise with you on a trip.

Looe boat trips

His boat is available for private charters, from as short as a 45-minute trip, to a full day, with trips that can be tailored to your particular requirements.  Maximum number of passengers is 11 and well-behaved dogs are welcome too.

So, if you are looking for something different to do on your holiday whilst staying here at Treworgey – maybe take the family out for a private boat trip dolphin and seal spotting, cruising the coast or even fish for sharks to tag and release – we would highly recommend a trip with Richard aboard the Energy 3.  Please be sure to let him know that you are guests of Treworgey and he will make sure that you receive the best rates!

We hope you have an amazing experience and look forward to hearing all about your trip.
